I found out late last night (or early this am) that my
Request for Extension to File Brief
was GRANTED by the Court of Appeals of Georgia
I have not received the notice by U.S. Mail as of today
the 15th of February, but I did see it on the
I just received the ORDER from the Court of Appeals
by the often slow delivery process of the
U.S. Mail and here it is:
