IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF GEORGIA

As of today, April 6, 2011
I have both of my lawsuits
for the same false arrest
pending in the
Court of Appeals of Georgia

In the first case all the briefs
have been filed, yet the appellee
has never filed a brief.

In the second case all briefs
have been filed, including
two (2) Reply Briefs that
I filed in response to
two (2) separate briefs.

Everything I can do has
been done to the best of my
ability and now it is
in the hands of the Appellate Court

Marty Helppie, the prosecutor in my first case

Sorry to hear about her passing...This was this woman that went all out to put me away for 25 or 30 years for crimes I did not commit, and where I was the VICTIM. I never had any animosity towards her for what she put me through...

Helppie, Martha "Marty" 2010-09-08

Helppie Martha "Marty" Age 56 of Woodstock, GA, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2010, at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. She loved her career as legal counsel for Carmax and had previously held a position as Assistant District Attorney in Bartow and Cherokee counties. She was active in Paces Club Alta Tennis Team and was a singer in the band, 'Mad Mission'. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2010, at First United Methodist Church in Marietta, GA with Rev. Sam Mathews officiating.

Cherokee Tribune - Cherokee native tapped for Ga Court of Appeals

This guy (click link below) is going to make it tough for me in the
Georgia Court of Appeals. He is from the town that created my
Nightmare in Georgia, and he was appointed to his post by
Governor Sonny Perdue.

Ironically, the reporter that wrote this story is Ashley Fuller, the
"investigative reporter" that covered up for what happened to me.
Then when I confronted him on camera, he told me that he was going
to investigate my case. But he lied again, and never did. In fact, because
of my video interview with him (see Tainted Media) in the parking lot
of the newspaper, they called 911 and had the VIOLENT CRIMES UNIT
come out and pay me a visit (see VIOLENT CRIMES UNIT)!

BRIEF OF APPELLEES GARRY MOSS AND JUDGE JOHN SUMNER

This is a copy of the Brief I received from the
Attorney General's Office

My lawsuit was actually dismissed by the first
judge that was given my case, but I stated
in my brief that since he was removed from
my case before a FINAL JUDGEMENT was
made, that his dismissal was invalid.

That's all it took to bring them back into
the battle again...
