I wrote this letter to Judge Miller after receiving his ORDER
dismissing my complaint. After this letter my case took
a different turn and Judge Miller began to show more respect.
Judge Miller set a date for a Hearing on my expungement claims,
and, although I was there was completely prepared to present my
case there was no opposition
to my expungement claim at this hearing.
In fact Counsel for the Defendants prepared the
ORDER GRANTING my EXPUNGEMENT from my
false arrest on September 25, 2001 by a
very corrupt and dishonest detective named Preston Peavy.
